Reiki has 3 levels and a Master / Teacher level.

USUI REIKI LEVEL 1   - Fee: $195 ($50.00 deposit upon registration)

Usui Reiki Level 1 is taught one-on-one* during a one day intensive training. Attunements are given.

The history of Usui Reiki 

The five layers (bodies) of a human being  
The specifics (in detail)  
The effects of a Reiki treatment  
Usui Reiki hand positions  
How to give a complete Reiki treatment for self and others  
Japanese Reiki Techniques taught by Dr. Usui including: Gassho meditation, Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed  
The hygiene and the energy cleaning (protection) of the hands  
The class is a combination of talks, discussion and experience.   

Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, the self treatment and practice using the Japanese Reiki Techniques mentioned above.

USUI REIKI LEVEL 2 - Fee: $200 plus gst
Usui Reiki Level 2 is taught one-on-one* during a one day intensive training. Attunements are given. All the information and techniques are covered including:

The difference between Reiki Level 2 and the first Reiki level  

1. Three Reiki symbols: Cho-Ku-Rei, Sei-he-ki, Hon-sha-ze-sho-nen  
2. The specifics of Reiki Level 2 energy (in detail)  
3. The effects of Reiki Level 2 energy treatment  
4. How to give a complete Reiki treatment for self and others 
5. Japanese Reiki Techniques taught by Dr. Usui  

The class is a combination of talks, discussion and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, the self treatment, practice using all the level 2 symbols including distant healing, and practice using all the Japanese Reiki Techniques mentioned above. 

Usui Reiki Master is taught during a one day intensive training. Attunements are given. All the information and techniques are covered including: 
 

The Reiki Level 3 attunement which increases the strength of your Reiki energy and gives the ability to do Reiki using your mind not your hands 

• The Dai-ko-myo symbol which increases the effectiveness of the Reiki II symbols and can be used for healing 
• Fukushiki Kokyo - abdominal breathing 
• Reiki meditation that strengthens the mind, recharge you with energy and expands consciousness 
• Advanced techniques for developing the concentration of your mind 
• The use of crystals and stones with Reiki 
• Shuchu Reiki for concentrating the Reiki energy when more than one therapist are working together 
• Reiki psychic surgery that allows you to remove negative psychic energy from yourself and others 
  Reiki Mawashi for increasing the perception of Reiki energy   

You must take Reiki Level 3 if you want to take Reiki Master/Teacher Level. This class is often taught with Reiki Master/Teacher Level as a two day intensive training.

Usui Reiki Master / Teacher Level is taught during a one day intensive training. All the information and techniques are covered including:

1. The complete Usui Reiki Master attunement
2.  nstruction on how to give Reiki attunements for Reiki 1, 2, and full Reiki Master Level 
3. Lots of practice time doing attunements
4. How to give yourself attunements
5. Advanced Reiki meditation that harmonizes the energy of the chakras
6. The values and spiritual orientation of a true Reiki Master
7. Instruction is given on the Usui Reiki system of attunements. Over half the class time is used for practice so the student becomes confident in administering Reiki attunements. A class manual is included that gives detailed steps for giving all the attunements. This class is a powerful healing experience.
8. While practice takes place during the class, it is expected that you will set aside additional time to practice after the class is over. Please commit to this additional time which should be one evening a week for several weeks, or its equivalent, to practice Reiki with members of your family or friends. This additional practice is necessary to gain the experience and confidence you need to fully utilize the Reiki training.  
9. At each level, the student will receive the course material and a diploma that certifies what level has been achieved.
10. Reiki is a simple, natural and a safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and always creates a beneficial effect.  
11. An amazingly simple technique to learn, the ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student from a certified attuned Reiki Master during a training clinic. The Reiki healing ability is passed on during an attunement given only by a Reiki master and allows the student to tap into an unlimited supply of life force energy to improve one?s health and enhance the quality of life.
12. Its use is not dependent on ones intellectual capacity or spiritual development and therefore is available to everyone. It has been successfully taught to thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds.

While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion, there is nothing you must believe in order to learn and use Reiki. In fact, Reiki is not dependent on belief at all and will work whether you believe in it or not. Reiki comes from God; many people find that using Reiki puts them more in touch with the experience of their chosen religion rather than having only an intellectual concept of it.
