This wellness program and process was inspired by studying holistic nutrition and living through understanding and feeding for nourishment /wellness of the mind,body and spirit.
Enlightened Eating encourages us and give us practical ways to:
- Consume food in its natural form - and health giving state.
- Eat a more plant based diet, and encouraging more raw foods into your diet
- Detoxify and heal many systems with the body
- To listen to our body and pay attention to the signals
- Take care of our soul through food, yoga, meditation and other health practices
