My goal with nutrition is to assist and provide clients with easy to understand and applicable information as the primary tool to maintain optimal health, to make the connection between food and the state of health.
Holistic Nutrition is being more than a collection of parts; Treating the whole person rather than just the Symptoms of a disease Taking a close look at all of YOU and offering suggestion for success. Not taking a cookie cutter approach to wellness you are different and unique and should be treated as such.
Weight loss has become an obsession with most no wonder with so much information and conflicting messages we hear and see. I wish to dispel some of the myths and show and teach you how to make the wisest choices for YOU everyone is different with a unique set of variables which can influence body chemistry and function.
